TPT Toolbox
The TPT Toolbox can be used to open a TPT project from MATLAB/Simulink, set up a TPT project for a subsystem or configure internal signals for offline logging. It is intended for MATLAB R2017b and later and will only work with TPT 17 and later. To use the TPT Toolbox, select the "MATLAB/Simulink Platform plug-in" in Options|Preferences|GENERAL|General Settings|Plug-Ins.
Restart TPT, and go to Options|Preferences|General|TPT API to activate the TPT API, see Plug-ins and TPT API. To install the toolbox from TPT, go to Options|Preferences|MATLAB and click Install TPT Toolbox. The toolbox can also be found and installed via the "MATLAB Add-on Explorer". For more information about installing add-ons in MATLAB/Simulink, see MATLAB documentation. Restart MATLAB after the installation. The TPT Toolbox menu is displayed in the Simulink start page.
The menu items of the TPT Toolbox menu are explained below.
Open <TPT project name> with <TPT version>
Open an existing TPT project that is linked with the current MATLAB/Simulink model.
New Test Project for Selected Subsystem
Set up a new TPT project. The interface is imported and the test frame is generated automatically by TPT.
Link and Open Existing Test Project
Select an existing TPT project, link it with the MATLAB/Simulink model and open it in TPT.
Mark Selected Signals for Offline Logging
Marks all selected signals in the current subsystem for offline logging.
Unmark Selected Signals for Offline Logging
Removes the selected signals from the list of signals marked for offline logging.
Apply Marked Offline Loggings (<n>)
Adds the marked offline loggings to the Internal Signals section of the MATLAB/Simulink Platform Configuration dialog. The number of marked signals is displayed in brackets.
Clear Marked Offline Loggings (<n>)
Removes all entries from the list of signals marked for offline logging.
